The Matt Katula Foundation Golf Tournament

Now in its second year, Press Pass PR has brought Matt’s dream of giving back to the community through support of local school athletic programs to a reality. The golf tournament held each year at Bulle Rock offers golfers fabulous prizes, amazing food, top-notch golf, a silent auction and the opportunity to play a round with Matt and his fellow teammates. In just two years, Matt and his wife Allison have been able to support 10 community organizations through grants from their Foundation.

Polar Bear Plunge!

Thousands of Marylanders that take the Plunge into the Chesapeake Bay in January to help the Maryland State Police raise over $2 million for Special Olympics. This is an excellent opportunity of the type of event our athletes attend to show community support and build their brand. At Press Pass PR we handle all details of our athlete’s appearance at community events, including media management and security, if needed. The Annual Big Ed’s Band Foundation Luau

For five consecutive years the Baltimore community supported Ed Mulitalo and Big Ed’s Band Foundation’s commitment to the continuity of instrumental music programs in schools. Over 800 attendees enjoyed this annual event with great food and drink, and were entertained by dancers from Hawaii and California performing a fire show and authentic dances from the Pacific Islands. Through this event and well positioned media relations, Ed and his family were able to support or sustain the music programs in over 50 area schools.
